Nicki Minaj owns a lavish mansion worth $19.5M and quit renting

After years of living in big Beverly Hills and Malibu properties, Nicki Minaj has bought a home. According to records, the Grammy Award-winning rapper has purchased a $19.5 million property in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley. Nicki Minaj owns a lavish mansion worth $19.5 million and quit renting.

The property agent said the enormous modern farmhouse, built by a local developer this year, sold “before listing on the MLS.” Thus, it never reached market.

Tax documents show that the 12,000-square-foot house has eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, but no images or details.

A separate guesthouse, pool cabana, saltwater pool with Jacuzzi, and Baja shelf for sunbathing are in the backyard. The level, one-acre lot offers three garages, lovely lawns, and privacy landscaping.

The main house has pocketing glass doors to many patios and terraces, and the upper master suite has a balcony overlooking the rear.

Minaj likes large homes. The 40-year-old Trinidian singer lives with her husband in a hilltop rented mansion in Calabasas’ gated enclave.

Minaj, Petty, and their entourage may soon move to their bigger, more luxurious Hidden Hills property, which has marble flooring, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms in over 10,000 square feet.

Hidden Hills, once a quiet Kentucky hamlet with horse farms, is now a popular residential retreat for wealthy athletes and musicians.

The neighborhood is home to Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Will and Jada Smith, Lori Loughlin, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Simmons, many Kardashians, and most of the L.A. Rams. There are probably more Ferraris and Lamborghinis than horses nowadays.

Aaron Kirman and Danielle Nisim of AKG listed Hidden Hills, and Kirman and Matt Adamo represented the buyer.
