Not long after David Bakhtiari moved to a new villa, he suffered a knee injury

Green Bay Packers’ All-Pro left tackle, David Bakhtiari, has put his modern estate in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley up for sale at just under $6.3 million. He purchased the property less than three years ago for $2.4 million less than the current asking price. Bakhtiari has been sidelined since suffering a torn ACL in December 2020.

The 30-year-old offensive lineman signed a lucrative four-year extension with the Packers in 2020, becoming the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history. Despite his 𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐲, Bakhtiari remains a fan favorite with no definite timeline for his return to the game.

The listing for Bakhtiari’s Tarzana estate is held by Alex Duk and Deanna D’Egidio of Harcourts Beverly Hills. Situated on a walled and gated knoll spanning nearly a half-acre, the contemporary house was built in 2019 by a local developer. It offers six bedrooms, eight baths, and over 7,100 square feet of light-filled living space.

The entryway features a 24-foot foyer with a floating glass and steel staircase, offering views of the grounds through floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood pocketing doors. The main level includes a fireside family room, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances and dual islands, formal living and dining areas, and a movie theater.

Upstairs, there’s a cozy den with a patio, a luxurious master retreat with a sitting area, balcony, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom. The property’s hardscaped grounds boast resort-style amenities like a pool and spa, sunken fire-pit area, sports court, and multiple spots for outdoor dining and entertaining. Two additional structures serve as a gym and poolhouse.
