Besides the rumors of Dr. Dre teamed up with Kanye West This rapper just moved into a new $40M mansion

At the Sᴜреr Bowl halftime performance, Dr. Dre performed with rapper Eminem, hip-hop artist Snoop Dog, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, and special guest 50 Cent. Dr. Dre has made an ongoing effort to keep music near to him throughout his life. To continue making music, he created an underground studio in his Brentwood house. Under his current home is a studio that is the size of a house. According to AmoMama, he paid NFL star Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen $40 мιℓℓιо𝚗 in 2014 to sell him their 18,298-square-foot house.

Brady and his wife had spent $11.75 мιℓℓιо𝚗 on the site and the initial portion of the mansion before expanding it and spending $20 мιℓℓιо𝚗 on construction before Dr. Dre bought it. After a year of not selling the mansion, which they had listed for $50 мιℓℓιо𝚗, Dr. Dre agreed to buy it from them for a $10 мιℓℓιо𝚗 discount.

According to TheRichest, the mansion is situated on four acres of property and is encircled by a moat that is home to coy fish and has a bridge that leads into the house. The mansion has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a six-car garage in addition to its castle-like amenities. Over the years, Dr. Dre has made adjustments to his home to suit his and his family’s tastes. They built their own typical at-home gym and sauna to stay in shape, coupled with their enormous dream kitchen for a chef. The balcony off the master bedroom includes an outdoor bathtub where the sun shines just right. Not to mention the seven fireplaces that are dispersed throughout the house and provide a lovely romantic ambiance in every room.

An infinity pool, a cabana, a waterfall-filled pond, and a sizable grassy area are all located outside the house. The house’s physical characteristics are stunning, but it was built with the environment in mind. It is equipped with solar panels that provide the home with electricity and a greywater irrigation system for the waterfalls, lawn, and pond.

While the mansion has some cutting-edge technology, Dr. Dre and his family also elegantly adorned their home. They were able to customize each space differently, down to the color of the wall paint and the type of furnishings. White accent couches with white cushions are arranged against one of the living rooms’ white walls. The room is lit by torchlights mounted on the wall and a black metal circle lamp suspended over a coffee table with a stone top. They have four more white walls in their bathroom, which has gray wood cabinetry, a walk-in glass shower, and ceiling lighting that resemble lanterns.

AmoMama claims that there are so many things to do at home for Dr. Dre and his family that they will never be bored. Outside, they have a pool, a mini-golf course, and a small garden with steps. Inside, they have a movie theater, a gym, and a library. They have a sizable open area where they can take leisurely strolls or unwind on the lounge chairs by the pool.

Aside from the exterior characteristics, the house’s architecture is reminiscent of a middle-aged residence with brown brick details, vines encircling the building, and a cobblestone bridge crossing the moat. The property is surrounded by an inexhaustible supply of vegetation that peeks forth from every angle. Along the bridge and in front of the main entrance are tall plants. The windows outside have old-fashioned wood shutters that rest slightly above the window boxes where additional plants are kept. Dr. Dre is leading the life of our cottage-core fantasy.
