Wiz Khalifa’s $4.5M house: Where dreams come true

After three years in Los Angeles, Wiz Khalifa is moving.

Cameron Thomaz, a 34-year-old rapper, is selling his house in Encino, California, for roughly $4.5M. According to Dirt, this is around $1M more than what he initially paid for it three years ago.

The 5,875-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and one half bathroom with excellent details. Famous features include a floating staircase, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, 25-foot ceilings, exotic woods, and custom lacquer cabinetry.

A 100-bottle wine bar, home theater, pool, spa, cabana, outdoor kitchen, sports court, and wrap-around terrace are inside.

Alan Taylor of Compass and Brian Capossela of Cap Equity list the property.

A waterfall island, bespoke lacquer cabinetry, built-in Miele appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a pass-through to the formal dining room are in the indoor kitchen, which overlooks the exclusive grounds.

Four bedroom suites, a terrace, and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the Santa Susana mountains are upstairs.

Dirt reported that Wiz bought the home roughly three years ago after renting a Los Angeles property for $16,000 a month for years. He also has a Pittsburgh home.

According to Dirt, the “See You Again” musician bought a modern farmhouse for $7.6Mn. This 8,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a 450-square-foot kitchenette guest house.

The outlet says the home has a large driveway and three-car garage.
