See King Messi’s £23M fortune empire in Barcelona, Ibiza and Miami

The 35-year-old Argentinian icon plays for PSG at the moment and is apparently paying £18,000 per month to rent a home in Paris’ Villes de Neuilly neighborhood. Additionally, he has had villas in Miami and Barcelona over the years. Ibiza and Rosario were most recently added to his portfolio of properties.

Barcelona

His accommodations there were in Castelldefels, a posh neighborhood where the wealthiest of the rich live.

It featured breathtaking sea views and was in a no-fly zone, so planes had to veer off course to avoid it.

It was also conveniently located, only a 12-mile drive from Camp Nou.

Messi, his wife Antonella Roccuzzo, and their three kids also enjoyed the area’s amenities, which included a playground, an indoor gym, a swimming pool, and a tiny football field.

As a close friend named Luiz Suarez who formerly resided nearby, he was also surrounded by pleasant company.

When he went for Paris, it’s unknown if he kept the home or sold it. It is worth around £5.5 mιllιon.

Miami

The small football player moved to the US in 2020 and spent £5 mιllιon on a huge Miami property. Naturally, this sent the rᴜmor mill into overdrive, with claims that Messi will join David Beckham’s Inter Miami in the Major League Soccer.

With stunning ocean views, the spectacular property is located on Sunny Isles Beach, just 10 miles from Miami Beach.

The luxurious condo’s 511 square meters of interior space includes a 1,000-bottle wine cellar in addition to four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 360-degree views of the breathtaking Miami skyline.

The condo offers access to six other pools in addition to its own private pool.

The property also includes a spa, a fitness center, a yoga class, a children’s play area, and a champagne bar.

Ibiza

Messi just added a £9.5 mιllιon vacation property to his collection of properties from Miami to Ibiza, joining his existing hotel there.

According to rumors, the mansion lacks a certificate of occupancy, which is a document issued by a local government agency verifying that it is in livable condition, and has planning issues.

According to a report by the publication Periodico de Ibiza, the planning concerns are related to the construction of many rooms in the garage of the property prior to Messi’s purchase.

Rosario

Even though Messi left Rosario when he was just 13 years old to pursue his ambition of playing football in Barcelona, Rosario is where the heart lies.

He is rumored to have spent £3 mιllιon at the beginning of the year on a mansion called “The Fortress” on the outskirts of where he was born.

The vast area is located in a gated community and comprises three adjacent pieces of property.

There includes a sizable movie theater, a fully-stocked gym, and a 15-car underground parking. Ideal for storing Messi’s massive automobile collection.

According to Argentine media, the home contains 20 to 25 rooms total, including a playroom that takes up the entire top level.
