Kobe Bryant’s cheapest house worth $2.6M hides an object of approximately its value

The home that formerly belonged to Kobe Bryant in Irvine, California, has been re-listed for sale for a price of $2.6M, less than half a year after it was initially purchased.

In addition, there is no doubt that the house has been modernized.

In 2013, the late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, paid a total of $1.3Mto acquire the residence that featured three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

On October 27, 2020, nine months of the five-time NBA champion, Vanessa put the home on the market with a price tag of $1.995 M. According to the Los Angeles Times, the property was purchased by a buyer for the asking price of $2M just two days later.

However, it was clear that the new owner had a variety of ambitious objectives in mind for the property.

The home, which is located in a manicured enclave of Orange County and is tucked away in the elite guard-gated neighborhood known as the Summit at Turtle Ridge, has just undergone approximately $200,000 worth of improvements.

The mansion features a gourmet kitchen with a large island topped with marble, a bespoke backsplash, professional-grade appliances, and a quaint breakfast nook. The cabinets and paneling in the majority of the home are made of classic wood.
