Will Smith still can’t get rid of his second home in Hawaii

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith bought a peaceful haven in Hawaii in a covert and secretive deal.

This tranquil haven covers a sought-after seven acres of beachfront land on Kauai’s northern coasts. The power couple engineered a two-stage agreement with a $10 million total investment.

Surprisingly, they have now decided to leave this safe haven. According to Variety, The Smiths were successful in selling the home, which is located on the renowned Secrеt Beach, for an impressive $12 million.

It’s difficult to understand why they would sell such a beautiful Hawaiian mansion. There are two separate gated entrances to this property, both of which are located off Kauapea Road.

The estate is divided into four separate buildings, all of which are exquisitely decorated with a variety of excellent designer woods, according to the listing handled by Roni Marley of Hawaii Life. Two wood-burning fireplaces, big glass doors and windows, soaring vaulted ceilings, and three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make up the main house. It has amazing views of the water, as one could expect, and one may fully enjoy these views from the surrounding lanais.

Additionally, the grounds are graced with a delightful guesthouse with two bedrooms and two baths. Here is also where a carriage house with a single bedroom and bathroom is located. A versatile studio additionally has many uses. A enticing pool, a restorative spa, a tennis court, and a private ocean access trail are all located on the property’s spacious grounds. The beach itself is already exclusive.
