The property had previously been held by actor Matthew Perry.

The opulent penthouse, which has a total area of 9,290 square feet and four bedrooms, can be found on the 40th floor of The Century condominium complex. The enormous mansion is well-known for its breathtaking views of the city, the ocean, and the mountains, and it features a living room with not one but two fireplaces, a game room, a home cinema, four outdoor terraces, and a dining room with glass walls on all sides.Since 2014, Rihanna has made her home in a 42-story luxury condo building in Hollywood, where she is no stranger to the glamorous lifestyle of the city.
