Rick Ross has closed a contract to purchаse a huge property with a view of Biscayne Bay in Miami!

According to details released on July 19 by Realtor.com, Ross is under contract to buy a $37.5M mansion that will provide him more than 9,700 square feet of living space.

TheRealDeal.com, a real estate website, claims that Diddy, who was just spotted on Instagram handing his soon-to-be neighbor a golf cart, will be one of many celebrities living on the island with Rick Ross.
